海の見える交流施設 / Community facility with ocean view
軒高が変化していく連続した屋根により、自然スケールと街のスケールを調和させ、海と街それぞれの景観をつなぐ計画を提案します。屋根の変化により、広がりと落ち着きをもたらす空間がグラデーション状に立ち現れ、印象的な景観と人々の居場所を作り出します。
切妻型の断面形状により、通りの軒高さを抑え、小さな妻面をファサードに、内部へと空間が抜ける構成とする事で隠岐らしい街並みを実現しながらアイコニックな街の顔を作り出します。
We propose a plan that harmonizes the natural scale with the city scale through a continuous roof with varying eaves height, linking the sea and city landscapes. The changes in the roof create a gradation of space that brings spaciousness and calm, creating an impressive landscape and a place for people to gather.
The gabled cross-section keeps the eaves height down above the street, and the small gable side forms the façade, with a structure that allows the space to open up to the interior, creating a streetscape that is characteristic of Oki while creating an iconic face for the town.
